What does it include?

We will work with you to develop a training program for your goal race based on your running history and your other committments.

You will also receive advice on including run strength and technique exercises in your training.

Optional extras

We also offer two levels of support throughout your program.

Option 1 - we will check in with you monthly to see how you are progressing and discuss your race.

Option 2 - Weekly check in to see how you are progressing

Changes to your program as required based on your feedback
